Aliece Scott
Exercise has been a way of life for me for 25 years or more. I have logged many hours briskly walking outside or on a treadmill, weight training and practicing yoga. Since I began Pilates with Cindy Mashe, my core strength has increased greatly along with a body awareness and control beyond what I ever had before. My body has changed to the point that I dropped a pant size without losing pounds. The studio lends itself so well to being able to focus and relax. The quality and variety of equipment enables you to get a full body workout while having fun. It seems the exercise possibilities are endless. I love Pilates and appreciate so much all that Cindy has taught me. It will be a part of my healthy life regimen for many years to come.
