I have been training at Pure Pilates for over 3 years.  I look forward to each session & going through all the exercises with my trainer and partners.  Each session is relaxing and it seems like the time goes by so quickly.  Mary is my trainer and spends time teaching us proper form on all exercises and has lots of patience with us.  I have been with several partners and each partner is always at my skill level so we work well together.  I have seen an increase in my overall strength, core strength, stamina and overall flexibility since I have been involved in pilates at Pure Pilates.  My overall experience at Pure Pilates has just been great and I would recommend it to anyone.  The studio is very private and the equipment is the best!  It is very rewarding and I always enjoy myself!
