CindyBioshot.jpgCindy Mashe, PTA, NSCA/CPT Cindy has over 30 years experience in fitness management. She is the owner and founder of Pure Pilates and is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in Mat, Reformer, Injury and Special Populations, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels. Cindy has been a certified STOTT PILATES instructor since 1999.  She has specialty training with small apparatus including stability ball training, BOSU, Fitness Circle®, as well as V2Max Plus™ Reformer Training, Shoulder and Pelvic Stabilization, Prenatal, Arthritis, Back problems including disc herniation, Scoliosis, Osteoporosis, Breast Cancer rehabilitation and many others. Her background in physical therapy allows her to work with individuals from many different populations and work closely with their physician and/or therapist to provide excellent results to each and every client. Cindy attends international conventions yearly to stay up to date with the most current trends in fitness and pilates. Cindy's certification courses involved hundeds of training hours and included functional anatomy, instruction, observation, physical review, practice teaching and apprenticeship at BodyMind Design Studio in Dallas Texas, a STOTT PILATES® certified training facility. She has taken courses from pilates professionals Moira Merrithew, John Garey, P.J. O'Clair and others. Cindy is also a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and an IDEA Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer.  Cindy is an avid runner and has completed several half-marathons and marathons, including The Houston Marathon, The Country Music Marathon in Nashville and the Nike Women's Marathon in San Francisco. She completed the Texas Independence 203 mile Relay run with the East Texas Incredibles in March 2008. Cindy was at the leading edge to bring the first full equipment based pilates studio to Longview. Pure Pilates opened in July 2006 and continues to grow !

Lesley Player started as a pilates client at Pure Pilates in 2012  which began her journey to obtain her pilates certification.  Lesley has completed STOTT pilates courses in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels and Injury and Special Populations.  Lesley has attended numerous conferences and continuing education workshop to broaden her knowledge and stay on the leading edge in the pilates world.  Lesley is also a runner and found how much pilates helped her with her love of running. She is a very thorough and dedicated trainer that loves working with people of all ages and fitness levels.

Courtney Gill started as a pilates client at Pure Pilates in 2011.  After several years working in Human Resources, she desired a career change which led her on her journey to obtain her pilates certification.  Courtney began her STOTT pilates training in Plano, Texas in 2015.  She has completed the Reformer and Stability Chair courses and will continue her training starting in January 2016 on the Cadillac, Barrels and Injury and Special Population courses.  She is a graduate of LeTourneau University where she received her Masters of Business Adminstration.  She has a strong appreciation for business but more importantly... people.  Her motivation and desire is making positive changes in peoples lives.  Courtney knows first-hand the many benefits of pilates.
