Pure Pilates is a fully equipped pilates studio owned by Cindy Mashe, PTA, NSCA/CPTand fully certified through STOTT PILATES™. Trainers of Pure Pilates are trained in the STOTT PILATES™ method. The STOTT PILATES™ method is a contemporary, anatomically-based approach to Joseph Pilates’ original exercise method. The exercises deliver strength, flexibility and endurance, without adding bulk. Pilates exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. Pure Pilates is equipped with four Reformers including a V2Max Reformer, a Cadillac, three stability chairs, ladder and arc barrels and three spring walls.
