  Pure Pilates has strengthened my core and has taught me to use the concepts of pilates in other forms of exercise and everyday life. Cindy Mashe is both professional and a fun trainer, focusing on the different needs of each individual client. The Pure Pilates studio is comfortable and has all the equipment I need for a great workout. I feel awesome after my workouts!  I have been training with Cindy for over 4 years now and I love my workouts !
