Pure Pilates is a fully equipped pilates studio founded and owned by Cindy Mashe in 2006. Her background in the fitness and pilates industry is extensive as well as her background in the physical therapy field.  Pilates exercises deliver strength, flexibility and endurance, without adding bulk. Pilates exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. Pure Pilates is equipped with Reformers, Cadillac, Stability chairs, Tower Trainers, Ladder and Arc Barrels, Spine Corrector and Spring Walls.   Pure Pilates has a large client base that addresses all populations - from athletes to the sedentary.
